New Beginnings Behavioral Health is a private organization dedicated to providing high quality, accessible, and affordable care.  Our treatment fees vary depending on the specific service, and many insurance plans cover the cost of our treatment services.  Currently, New Beginnings Behavioral Health is in-network with the following insurance plans:

• Aetna
• Blue Cross and Blue Shield
• Evernorth/Cigna
• Optum Behavioral Health/UBH
• Optum Salt Lake County Medicaid  & Optum Tooele Medicaid
• PEHP
• UMR

If you do not see your health insurance plan listed above please contact our office as we accept most insurance plans.  We provide a FREE consultation and verification of insurance benefits.  Please be advised that New Beginnings will not bill secondary insurance plans for treatment services.

We accept the following forms of payment:

*Credit and debit card transactions will be assessed a payment processing fee of 3.5% + $.15
